I’ll be starting week 4 of my lock down on Monday, after leaving Los Angeles after the cancellation of the TEA Show weekend – and quarantining with my family. I expected to be releasing a statement this evening, assuring everyone that until we heard from either the city, state or the venue, the TEA Party and TEA Show were going ahead as planned. I spent the evening in The Forum at Inglewood with 17,000 people, and as events such as this and other theater and music events were continuing then there was no need to cancel our much smaller event. Put into place to stop companies such as Uber or Lyft from classifying it’s drivers as independent contractors, it’s affected all workers in California.

We look back at our trans models lost due to violence during the past 12 months or so. There hasn’t been a year in our history, where at least one of our models hasn’t met a violent end and I’m going to list some of them, so their names and their lives haven’t been forgotten – and their deaths can continue to educate and inform.
