A rare opportunity has opened up where we’re looking to bolster our current producers as we continue to be the foremost producers of trans content worldwide.  We release more trans content in one month, than the rest of the industry combined. and we’re on the search for talented new producers to join our crew.

While experience is preferred, you do not necessarily need experience shooting trans performers but you should be proficient in shooting high quality DSLR still content, and exceptional video content.   You will need your own kit including lighting, DSLR and 4k minimum video rig, and able to produce exciting and high quality scenes.   We’d prefer someone from with the ‘trans community and friends’, or someone who is aware and educated in the nuances and challenges of working with trans performers.

Depending on your location, you may have to source and find your own models in your area, but for qualified producers who can prove that they can shoot great content,  we also will refer model applications that we receive to you.

You will be provided with the paperwork you need  to complete with each model, and full guidelines on what we are requiring.

A Typical Shoot

Whether forwarded by the company, or a model you know, a typical two set solo would work along these lines.

Once the shoot is agreed upon, and the model has arrived at the shoot location, you would do the model release with her, complete the 2257, then check and make copies of her ID.   After a short video of the model confirming she is there to shoot solo nude scenes, that she has not been coerced and not under the influence of drugs or alcohol, you will help select the clothes for the first set which she should have brought.   This would usually be day clothes – jeans and top, a dress, skirt and blouse, etc.    You would be directing her to do ‘pretty girl/glamour’ photos that are safe for work,  and then produce about 150 images and 20 mins of video footage as the model strips, shows her breasts and nipples, and strips fully down with some genital play, erections, possibly dildo to create one great scene.  After a short break, the model would re-dress, change or touch up her makeup-hair, and you would set up a different location.  If the first location was a bed, the second could be kitchen, sofa, outdoors, desk, etc.  The second set is similar to the first with safe for work photos, and then another 150 images and 20 mins of video footage as the model strips bit should culminate in an orgasm for the model.

After the model has cleaned  and hydrated, you would check the paperwork again, do a short video interview of her acknowledging that she had filmed, and everything was fine – and pay her.

If you are setup and ready for what the model arrives, the average shoot of two-sets as above, takes about 3 hours.

You upload the content and the paperwork to our FTP servers – send an invoice, and once checked, get paid.  We usually pay in under 72 hours of the invoice being sent.

The best producers, get the best responses from the models.  Being fun, affable yet able to direct them on what you are looking for, will allow the model to showcase her unique looks and personality, so you can both deliver content you are proud of, and what Grooby is well-known for.
